Holding Down A Donstrators: There were riots in the streets of Brussels during the week-end when some 30, 000 Catholics laid seigs in the centre of the city. in proposed cut in the schools subsidy. More than 1, 500 arrests were made. All Army leave has been cancelled and people from the outskirts were prevented from entering this city.
