1958 - H-Bomb Campaigners Continue Their 45-miles trek to Aldermaston in Wintry Weather: After staying at Maidenhead overnight the 600 Ban the H-Bomb marchers, all that remains of the 5, 000 who started from Trafalgar Square on Good Friday, continued their protest march on the next stage of their journey to reading.
