Jun. 06, 1958 - Stock Exchange Strike in Tokyo Six hundred members of the exchange workers union, supported by members of other labour unions in Tokyo, staged a strike to press their demands for increased wages and summer bonuses. The unionist intend to continue the strike unless the management meet their demands. Photo Shows: Tokyo Stock Exchange unionist, with white and red bands around their head, picket the main entrance of the exchange to prevent non unionist and stock brokers from entering the building
