Jul. 23, 1962 - Reds Break Up British Fascist Meeting: Communists broke up a meeting of the Union Movement (British Fascists) in Trasfalgar Square yesterday. Police arrested 55 people and stopped the meeting 15 minutes after it began. Sir Oswald Mosley, Fascist leader, who was to have addressed the meeting was stopped before he set off from his flat.
