Nov. 11, 1963 - Old Lags Hold Meeting The Square: Yesterday, 39-year-old Herbert Stratton, who was released from prison on Tuesday, held a mass rally in Trafalgar Square, for the purpose of forming a trade union for prisoners, to campaign for better conditions in the prisons. The meeting, which has held in pouring rain, was attended by about a hundred people, most of whom appearedd to be reporters and photographers.
