Demonstrations

1965 - Several thousand demonstrators walked Thursday in a Communist-led Peace March shouting out songs against American involvement in Vietnam and Santa Domingo. They moved at a pace from a square near the main rail terminal to an ancient basilica dear the Coliseum.
