Dec. 12, 1966 - Sikes Demonstrate in London.: Seven Sikha in the Punjab have threatened to burn themselves to death next week unless the Indian Government agrees to add the city of Chandigarh to the new State of Earyana, which was carved out of the Punjab fort Skihs last month. This afternoon a group of Skihs living in Britain demonstrated outside the India High Commission in London in a bid to save the men.
