Nov. 16, 1969 - A Policeman is stabbed in Rugby Riot at Swansea yesterday: A police sergeant was in hospital last night after being stabbed during fight between anti- apartheid demonstrators and police. Nine other officers were also taken to hospital during the the two- and - a half-hour battle outside the St. Helen's Rugby ground, Swansea, where the Springboks beat Swansea by 12 points to nil yesterday.
