Nov. 11, 1971 - Deputation At The American Embassy: The United States has said that it intends to carry through its large nuclear test at Amchitka. The U.S. Embassy in London had given the date as Thursday, 4th. November. The Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament today sent a protest deputation to the United States Embassy in Grosvenor Square, London, and picketed the Embassy while the deputation was being received.
