Demonstrations

May 05, 1971 - Place Of Munich's New Airport To Be Checked Again: The constant, massive protests of the inhabitants of Erding and Neufahrn (Germany) with their families, with posters, masks (photo) and coffins against the building of Munich's new air terminal in their district may not have been in vain. The question of the place of the air terminal shall again be reconsidered, new opinions of more experts to be taken, before the definite decision of the Bavarian Government is being made. The people from and around Erding/Neufahrn may hope again a little that the disaster as they call it will be turned away. However, there are some people who would not be glad of a cancellation, those farmers and land-owners who have already cold their land for this project - and who have become rich, but also unpopular
