Mar. 03, 1974 - Iranian Students Protest Against the Shah. 16 Iranian students occupied the Iran Embassy in Stockholm for one and a half hours, before finally being persuaded by police to give up. The Iranians, who are all members of An International Iranian students organisation, hoped that this action would give more power to their demands that the United nations should examine the conditions in the Iranian prisons and that the Iranian intervention in the areas Oman and Dhoffar should stop.
