Unhappy about the 50% increase on the price of cigarettes in Japan, officer worker Mitsuo Fukuda (43) used the stock of cigarettes he had bought before the tax was imposed to build a model of Kumamoto castle in Kyushu, using hundreds of cigarettes he intended to smoke, and the empty packets.
