Jun. 23, 1977 - A Policeman Is Badley Injured During Fighting Outside The Grunwick Factory: During the fighting which took place outside the Grunwick Factory at Willesden today, a policeman was badley injured when hit on the head by a bottle thrown by one of the pickets-early this morning miner's leader Arthur Scargill who led a 200 strong delegation of miner's from Yorkshire and South Wales to the factory was arrested by the police.
