Feb. 17, 1982 - Unhappy customs officers held a protest outside the Elysee Palace today. They have been on strike for two days now and have cause a lot of traffic problems and delays. It is difficult to cross borders at Orly and Roissy airports and many flights have been delayed. The customs officers say they are open to discussion and particularly wish to speak with Mr Laurent Fabius, the Minister in charge of the budget
