Demonstrator carried off submarine in Holy Loch, Scotland
Mar. 03, 1961 - Demonstrator Squats on Nuclear Sub's Tailfin. An anti-Polaris demonstrator sat above the waves on the tailfin of America's nuclear submarine Patrick Henry for 45 minutes yesterday in the Holy Loch, Scotland. He stayed there until removed by police. He was one of the three commandos who went aboard the vessel - two of them were hauled up by the side - and then went into their passive resistance drill - and the other sat on the tailfin.
