Jun. 08, 1954 - 8-6-54 Danish Supreme Court decides that Paul must go back to his German mother After a legal fight lasting some years, Mrs. Bierkart, a Danish woman learn that her adopted son Paul, son of a German woman named Friedrich must be returned to this German mother. Paul has lived with Mrs. Bierkart for ten years and is now 12½ years of age. The decision was made by the Danish Supreme Court in spite of the fact that Paul wishes to remain in Denmark.
