Schacfer, General Electric weather scientist, prepares a miniature snowstorm in a Home Freezer in his Laboratory while Dr. Irving Langmir and Dr. Bernard Vonnegut watch. Schacfer first produces a supercooled cloud in the freezer by blowing in his breath. A few particles of dry ice, dropped into the freezer; then turn the supercooled cloud into snow.
