May 05, 1957 - Doctors to watch operation in color on TV screen closed circuit transmission from St. Bartholomew's; A rehearsal was held this afternoon at St. Bartholomew's Hospital, for the closed circuit color television transmission which is to be presented tomorrow. An operation will be witnessed by surgeons and doctors on TV screens at the Royal College of Surgeons, Lincoln's Inn Ficlde. The audience will be surgeons and doctors attending a three day meeting between the Royal College of Surgeons and the French Academy of Surgeons.
