1958 - Soviet visit in Osnabruck : By order of the Soviet ambassador in the Federal Republic shortly before Eastern the first secretary of the embassy of the UDSSR, A.J. Martynow ( Martynow) was visiting the Osnabruck doctor, who became known during the last year because of his proposals concerning the treatment of human beings suffering from radio- active influence. His name is Dr. Schmidt (Schmidt). Dr. Schmidt was writing to the former Soviet Prime Minister Bulganin, requesting him to stand up for the termination of atom arming.
