Nov. 11, 1959 - Model of a brain - of Plexiglas: The Physiological Institute in Kie was now provided with the model of a human brain made of Plexiglas, so that the students will now be able to learn easier what the brain looks like. All this was the Idea of the director of the institute, Prof. Dr. Lullies, and the model was made by Karl-Ernest Koch, medical-technical assistant, and director of the institute's work shop, Eschweiler.
