Photo shows one of the most unusual and revolutionary exhibits in the exhibitions Dr. C.F. Lyburn, of Tunbridge Well's steam bath with refrigeration unit to cool the head - seen here with his wife, Mrs. M. Lyburn, at the Exhibition. By causing a patient's neck and head to be placed in deep freeze, the body can be subjected to very high temperatures with complete safety for thirty minutes.
