Nov. 11, 1958 - German Doctor proposes to put a decree against atom powers to stop tests with atom bombs: Dr. Siegmund Schmidt of Voerden Krs. Bersenbrueck near Osnabrueck who has become famous by his treatment of ray sick people has proposed a decree against the atom powers to stop tests with atombombs of any kind at the International Law Courts at Dan Haag on Nov. 20th, 1958. Dr. Schmidt has been talked about before when he wrote to the Soviet President Bulganin at the beginning of the Soviet President to recommend a stopping of the Competition in the arming with atombombs
