Feb. 28 American Scientist on British Team At work in the Atomic Energy Research Establishment, Harwell, England, is Dr. J.P. Schiffer, 29, holder of a Guggenheim Fellowship, on leave from the Argonne National Laboratory, Illinois, to spend a year at Harwell. Dr. J.P. Schiffer was a member of a four man Harwell team led by Dr. T.E. Cranshaw of Southport, England, which recently completed experiments which appear to confirm a basic premise of Einstein General Theory of Relativity
