Nov. 11, 1958 - The New Royal Greenwich Observatory - Hurstmonceaux Castle - Sussex: Giant telescopes which were mounted at Greenwich have been re-erected at Dome Town - Hurstmonceaux Castle, Sussex. The move has been going on for years - and is now complete. The famous castle is used for administrative offices labs - and library - while the telescopes are housed in the spevially constructed domes built in the castle grounds.
