Mar. 22 Grease fibers. This remarkable photo shows the peculiar twisted fibers of line soap grease. Nothing like them has ever been found in any grease that did nit contain calcium. Shadowed with gold and magnified 81, 300 times, the fibers were photographed by A.Y. Mottlau of Standard Oil Development Co. The picture is on display at the Photographic Society America's Technical Division exhibit in Baltimore
