Mar. 31 ARMY PERSONNEL UNDERGO HEAT TESTS Volunteer Army Personnel are now undergoing a series of heat Tests at the Army Research Est. at Hampstead. The test includes the lifting of 50 lb. ammunition boxes in rotation on and off make-believe lorry tailboards-in a room with humidity temp. of Dewpoint 84.This is carried out in four hour periods of 30 mins. of lifting and 30 mins of break, which includes recording periods.
