Aug. 08, 1962 - Kidney Hero leaves hospital: Dr. David Spencer, 32, risked his life giving a kidney to Dr. Ian Clark, 34, Hammersmith Hospital, London, this afternoon, for his Readings Berkshire, home. Dr. Clark will stay in hospital for some weeks and is doing well. The operation was performed two weeks ago.
