Jun. 06, 1960 - The Black Box Case Continues: The section for damages brought by Miss Catherine Olivia Phillips, 46, against Mr. George De La Warr, continued in the High Court today. Mr. George De La Warr is the inventor of a Radionic Diagnosis Instrument, which it is claimed can diagnose and treat illnesses of people, animals and plants miles away. Miss Phillips, who bought the instrument in 1956, claims that her efforts to use it in accordance with Mr. De La Warr's clais for it, reduced her to a nervous wreck.
