May 21, 1963 - European Astronautic Congress in Stuttgart: The three big European astronautic societies, British Inter-Planetary society (BIS), Societe Francaise D'astronautique (SFA) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft Fur Rketentechnik (DGRR) opened the 3. European Astronautic Congress on May 21st, 63 on the Stuttgart Killesberg. During the Congress a lot of important personalities will speak over the actuel questions. 1.) a high-energetic third stage for the European carrier -rocket, 2.) the realization of a one-stage space-transporters, 3.) the project of a German satellite, 4.) a salvage-able space-research-rocket.
