Nov. 11, 1968 - Nearly Reach the Absolute Freezing-point: shall before long the temperatures in a new low-temperature-institution in Carching near Munich. Neither at the North pole nor in Siberia are imaginable only approximately such temperatures, as they will be in Munich before long: they are only a hundredth degree above the absolute freezing-point of 273 Celsius degrees below zero. Temperatures at the cold poles of the world ( North Pole and North Siberia ) with below-zero-degrees of 60 Calsius and more are warm as against the above mentioned. Institution like this exist in Europe only in Oxford, in Holland and in Grenoble ( France ).
