Jul. 23, 1973 - Dr. Issel's German cancer hospital at Lake Tegernsee (Upper Bavaria) will be closed on October 1, 1973. The medical superintendent and owner of hospital, known as medical specialist for cancer disclosed now, that he will have to close his hospital Ringberg Klinik due to pressure from outside and inner sabotage on October 1, 1973. Dr. Issel also told that he intends to write a book and live as a private person then. He had founded this cancer hospital in 1956 to which mostly hopeless cancer patients turned to. At present there are still 84 patients living in the 115 bed hospital. They will have to leave from here before October 1, 1973. Ops:- Dr. Josef Issels
