May 05, 1980 - Arab Gunmen Threaten To Blow-Up Iran Embassy In London: Three gunmen holding about 20 hostages, which includes a policeman and two members of the staff of the B.B.C in the Iranian Embassy in London last night. As Armed police surround the Embassy in Princess Gate, Kensington the gunmen intended to blow up the building and kill the hostages if their demands are not met by noon today. they are members of disident Iranian group the (Illegible) the release of 91 Arabs being held and that they should a flown to London.
