Diana Dors and husband with friends on way to court

Jan. 16, 1957 - 16-1-57 Diana Dors case continues at the law courts Today is the fifth day of Diana Dors personal appearance in the action in the high court in which band leader Eric Winstone is claiming damages against the film star for alleged breach of contract. The dispute is over the personal appearance she failed to make at a Clacton midnight matinee in 1954. Miss Dors counter-claims for alleged slander.
