Dec. 12, 1953 - Star loses her voice in a play: Miss Diana Lynn, 27-year-old American only actress in The Moon is Blue at the Duke of York's Theatre, London, suddenly put her hand to her throat just before the end of the first scene last night and ran off the stage. Mr. George Street, the stage director, told the audience, including the Duchess of Kent and Prince Nicholas of Greece, that Miss Lynn had acute laryngitis.
