Jan. 01, 1966 - Diana Rigg wants a Rise; Diana Rigg, the judo girl of ITV's The Avengers, returns to the Royal Shakespeare Company at Stratford on Avon. She will play Viola in Twelfth Night. Last night, Diana, whose 150 a week contract expires next month - said she would not return to the Avengers unless she had a big pay rise. Her salary with the Shakespeare Company will be 70 a week.
