Her Father is Brazilian Vice Cousul in Paris: Nineteen year old Lilliana Penna - daughter of Brazil's Vice-Consul in Paris eloped to Gretna Green with twenty two year old Reginaldo Carvalho - the music composer son of a Brazilian manufacturer in Marseilles.. She told her father that she was going for a swim - instead of which she and her sweetheart travelled to Gretna Green - and they hope to marry there on June 16th. Lilliana explained that her father would not hear of the couple getting married and she also says that it makes no difference if he follows them because Nothing will change our minds'..
