Philippe de Broca in West Germany: For the introduction of a new film the 45-year old Philippe De Broca came to West-Germany. Till now de Broca of Paris, a skilled photographer, has led the direction in 13 films. Without exception he made cinema-films, who became international well-known as e.g. Abenteuer in Rio (Adventure in Rio), Drei auf der Flucht (Three on the run), Le Magnifique or Der Unverbesserliche (The inveterate) with world-stars as Jean-Paul Bel-mondo, Jean-Pierre Cassel, Catherine Deneuve, Michel Piccoli or Maria Schell. Philippe de Broca, who formed an absolutely new style of the film-comedy, during all working-travels finds leisure, to study the gastromomical specialities of all countries. Style he also demonstrated as gourmet - in Germany Philippe des Broca naturally drinks beer (picture), when he in many towns of the Federal Republic introduces his new film Ein verruecktes Huhn (A madcap), with Annie Girardot and Philippe Noiret in the main-parts
