Dec. 16 Robert Van Ackeren shoots The Last Cry in Venice: The last cry is the title of the film, which is presently being shot by the young director Robert Van Ackeren, who got the Lubitsch-award for his film comedy Harlis'. The scenario for this somewhat macabre comedy was wrtten by Van Ackeren, Iris Wagner and Joy Markert. They also wrote the script to Harlis'. This film tells the story of an unscrupulous lawayer and his intrigues, caused by the striving for money, power and sex, in an industrial firm of the fashion branch.
