Providing he can get proof of his last divorce from Paris, he will marry 25-year-old actress Heather Fleming at Caxton Hall. Mr. Singer, stepson of the late Peter Cheyney, was previously married to Martine Waddington, grand-daughter of a former British Ambassador in Paris, and Chantal Bouniol, a French woman.
