Oct. 06, 1968 - Latki's grandmothers Laika went up into space in Sputnik II in November of 1957. Latki was born and raised in a scientific training center in Armenia. Devaivre met Latki while filming A Frenchman in Moscow at the training center and took a liking to him. Latki is now living in Saint Cloud with his new owner
