Sep. 09, 1976 - The Archbishop Of Westminster Calls On Danish Film Maker To Scrap Plans For Jesus Sex Film: Cardinal Hume, the Archbishop of Westminster, has appealed to Danish film director, Jens Jorgen Thorsen, to scrap his plans to come to Britain to make a film about the sex life of Jesus Christ. The Cardinal also called on backers not to finance the film and Equity members not to take part. The film director has been barred from setting up the project in Denmark, Sweden and France. The film would show Jesus in the nude, and love-making scenes, also drinking sessions. Photo shows The Danish film director Jens Jorgen Thorsen
