Dec. 01, 1977 - Terence Rattigan dies at 66; Playwright Sir Terence Rattigan, who wrote The Winslow Boy, Separate Tables and the Deep Blue Sea, died last night at his home in Bermuda. He had been seriously ill for some time with bone cancer. Sir Terence was knighted in 1971. He had known for 18 months that the cancer was incurable. Sir Terence Rattigan was 66.
