He is on promotion-trip for his last film Black Sunday which starts in the Federal Republic of Germany on September 9th 1977. Already well-known as actor, in 1966 Evans started a new career as producer. Romeo and Julia. Rosemary's Baby, Love Story (there Ali McCraw, his former wife, played the leading role), The Great Gatsby, Papermoce and The Godfather were produced by him. But his greatest success has become Chinatown. which was nominated in 1974 for 11 Oscars. Then followed Marathon Man and now Black Sunday
