Mar. 03, 1964 - Equal Pay Campaign meeting. Dr Edith Summerskill with Petition. Members of the Equal Pay Campaign Committee visited the House of Commons this afternoon with a petition signed by eighty thousand people. They travelled in a decorated horse drawn carriage. The first carriage was the one in which Queen Salote travelled to the Coronation.
