Nov. 11, 1956 - The propietor of the Rochling plant.: Dr. Ernst Rochling (with bunch of flowers) arrived on November 28th at his plant at Volkingen (Saarland) accompanied by Baron Von Gemmingen and managing director Meier. In 1945 after the ending of world war II, the Rochling plant had been confiscated till now. Dr. Ernst Rochling is again operating his plant with about 12, 000 workers and employees. The iron and steel plants at Volkingen are the biggest on the Saar
