Nov. 11, 1954 - American Aid agreement signed in Cairo: The American Aid Agreement was concluded at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cairo, recently the documents being signed by Dr. Mahmoud Fawzi the Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Kamal Abdel Naby, Director of Economic Affairs Dept. of the Minister on behalf of the Egyptian Government and Mr. Jefferson Caffry the United States Ambassador in Cairo.
