Feb. 02, 1953 - Doctor and Woman accused of plot To Export Heroin. A doctor and a woman were Accused at Clerkenwell today of conspiracy to export heroin and pathidins without a license. It was said the drugs were obtained for a resident of Malta. The accused were Dr. Marks Ripka, of Gower - street, St. Pancras, and Mrs. Maureen Angela Wyndham Wilson, of west Cromwell - road, Earl's court.
