Sep. 09, 1977 - 90th Birthday Of Dr Wilhelm Hoegner 90 Years: becomes on September 23rd 1977 one of the most profiled politicians of the Social Democratic Party of Bavaria: Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Hoegner, Lawyer Wilhelm Hoegner was district court judge, then president of the senate at the Court of Appeal in Munich. From 1930 to 1933 he was a member of the Reichstag, from September 1945 to December 1946 Prime Minister of Bavaria, from 1950-1954 Minister of the interior and Deputy prime Minister and during 1954-1957 Prime Minister of Bavaria. Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Hoegner, who was honoured with many medals and decorations, wrote among other books the memoirs Der schwierige Aubenseiter (The difficult outsider) (1959); in these days comes out his new book : Flucht vor Hitler
