Nigeria After attending a Durbar in Kaduan, Northern Nigeria, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, who are at present in that country attending her self-government celebrations. were present at a ceremony of the Legislature in Lugard Hall, Kaduna, when the Duke read a message from Her Majesty, The Queen, and heard the Premier of N. Nigeria read his reply in English and in Hausa. Later they attended a Garden Party at Government House, Kaduna and met officials of the State. They also saw a children pageant there.
