Feb. 02, 1958 - Tribute To Jack Buchanan: Theatreland paid its tribute to the late Jack Buchanan, with a midnight matinee of the Norman Wisdom comedy Where's Charley - at the Palace Theatre, London, to launch a cancer research fund in his name. The Duchess of Kent was present, and many stage and screen stars were there. Photo shows Mrs Jack Buchanan presented the Duchess of Kent with a bouquet of gardenias when she arrived
